		<description>I agree actually.  I wrote that before I went back to Kenya and was able to get on the ground to see how things were going.  I still believe those are three of the leading countries, but would add Nigeria and Rwanda to the mix as well.  

I also couldn't agree more with you on using what is already there in Africa.  Technology breakthroughs in Africa will be breakthroughs because they use what the "average" African already has access to.</description>
