“A Federal High Court in Abuja ruled on Wednesday that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) lacks the authority to disqualify Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, or any one else from contesting in an election, once cleared by his party. It advised the INEC to apply to the courts to disqualify a candidate whose credentials it is not satisfied with.” – Via Daily Independent.
Atiku is on a roll…he has not only taken whatever the Presidency and its apparatus has thrown his way calmly; he has always found a way out via the court of law. The next stop for INEC is the court of Appeals.
