Is that the only reaction we are going to get ? No long diatribe on the horrors of corruption ,dishonesty and thievery.
The truth of the matter is that his sorry game could be smelled miles away. Any well thinking individuals would put his behind on the spot.
The Rural americans are as gullible as the Nigerian Scam artists are unsophisticated pranksters.
They belong to the same realm.

Brand Africa has been once again attacked in a sneaky way,
Nigerian in texas scamming innocent and pure americans
Nigerias in Nigeria scamming .....
Nigerians in delta Niger kidnapping innocent oil workers and buffoining around on Boats andin villages.
Africa-Nigeria translates in Chaos,Absence of law, poverty in the minds of foreigners and also Africans living abroad that sometimes feed off the same BS

Hmm , the market for FDIs is a one where bad publicity on one market is potentially more dollar for another market( China,Brazil,Middle East,India,Poland...)
