Gaddafi Goes to Ghana by Road…

June 29th, 2007  |  Published in Governance, Media  |  7 Comments

Gaddafi… in a Convoy of 100+ cars and 500 people to attend the African Union Summit starting on July 1.

Gaddafi: Flamboyant, check. Interesting, check. Charismatic, check. Trendy and goodlooking, check. Is he also a “big-thinker” or psychotic? He’s been calling for the unification of African nations under a “United States of Africa”. Another U.S.A?
Is this a classic presentation of a grandiosely deluded mind? Or is Gaddafi simply manifesting his pan-African core?

I really do not understand Brother Qaddafi’s real motive. Some have contended that he wants to be the first leader of the united Africa he is pushing for.

Whatever it is, July 1st is some few hours away (here in Accra) and Africa will decide.

You’ve said it all, it’s the classic presentation of a grandiosely deluded mind. Darfur, and other hotspots are begging for attention. Nobody’s talking…Nonsense and ingredient to Gaddafi

Even if a United States of Africa were to be contemplated (for with God all things are possible), there are so many political ills, economic sicknesses, religious troubles, moral palavas/helluvahs and social woes to right first and these should be the focus of the meeting of African Leaders for now. When things are right then re-visit the issue of US of Dudus. For now oh yes its a grandiosely deluded thinking.
