		<description>Yes, the Hippos are facing more scrutiny - which is good, but they still comfortably control the reins of (political) power across Africa, and until we start seeing more "Cheetah-minded" people successfully wrestling and taking the batons of leadership from the Hippo oligarchy,  I think it's a bit hasty to conclude that the Hippos are becoming irrelevant. At the very least, Cheetahs must start making serious and planned inroads into the political and public arena with the sole purpose of effecting change(s).., from the inside. This is my point Nii.</description>
