Kofi Annan, blogging at Annansi Chronicles advocates for a discussion panel on Africa at SXSW.
During the last festival in March, I asked on this site:
“Where are African entertainment promoters?… it appears there is no representation from Africa. This is strange given the fact that Texas has one of the highest concentrations of blacks and Africa immigrants in the U.S.”
