When Education Doesn’t Mean Much

Zimbabwe has the highest adult literacy rate in Africa - 90 and 86% for male and females, respectively. But for one highly educated man, Robert Mugabe, those statistics have been rendered meaningless. After years of gross mismanagement by this man who has four academic degrees, including law, and a cabinet that has several graduates at PhD level, Zimbabwe, once one of the most promising nations on the African continent, is now one of the weakest!
