Another election nullified: Adamawa State Election Petition Tribunal nullified the election of the incumbent governor of the state, Murtala Nyako, and called for a fresh one within 90 days.
Bonus: Many wives of Nyako
Read about Nyanko’s four wives and how he’s decided to share the responsibilities of the first lady with them.
He has been in office for over 100 days but the office of the first lady is still vacant, as each of the four wives are claiming to be the legal occupant of the controversial office.
Hajia Zainab Nyako, Dr. Halima Nyako, Justice Binta Nyako and Hajiya Asmua Nana Nyako are all using the letter headed paper of the Adamawa State office of the First Lady and their official cars carried the plate number ADGMH 1.

Dare I call this another victory for justice, truth and democracy? Or is this going to end up as a sham? We wait and see. MY fervent prayer is that the most attrocious of all these cases, i.e. Agagu and Ondo State political robbery would be the next case to be decided and Agagu’s false claim as governor after stealing Mimiko’s mandate would be the Sixth Nullification and this time, there would be no need for fresh elections but a return of Mimiko’s mandate if we really want to see justice done. We wait and see.

“Hajia Zainab Nyako, Dr. Halima Nyako, Justice Binta Nyako and Hajiya Asmua Nana Nyako are all using the letter headed paper of the Adamawa State office of the First Lady and their official cars carried the plate number ADGMH 1.” is a little bit far out. Isn’t there “number of wives” on the aspiring governor’s questionaire? It must be included in order to weed out the would-be treasury theives.
Another point; what on earth is wrong with these wives? Pls note the titles.

glad that another governor (Nyako that is and his numerous wives issues) bites the dust! besides, the first lady office should be scrapped.
