Zimbabwe: Robert Mugabe splurged $250K on birthday while his people suffer

Inflation rate hit 100,000% in Zimbabwe and several have fled to South Africa to beg on the road sides. Yet, the Robert Mugabe splurged $250,000 USD on a birthday bash!!! Mugabe was born on February 21, 1924; Zimbabwe has an adult literacy rate of about 90%, one of the highest in Africa.
