Grandiose Parlor is a repository of my meanderings on issues with focus on Nigeria (my native home) and Africa. This blog went live on May of 2005, on blogger (see the old Grandiose Parlor on Blogger.com).
My incursion into blogging was purely an accident. This site germinated from my desire to document my thoughts, discussions and parlor debates with friends for future reference. That quest has since blossomed into this and other projects, and has also facilitated newer friendship, thoughts and ideas.
As you may have discerned from my incoherent posts, I’m a full-blooded Nigerian male. Although my origin is the southwestern corner of the country, I now belong to the massive pool of Nigerians in the Diaspora. I live in Minnesota, U.S.A.
